ODP showcases progressive Sri Lankan cooking, moving beyond ‘rice and curry’, experimenting with unfamiliar flavours, unique cooking techniques with hyper seasonal ingredients.
The brand is also set to be the first restaurant in Sri-Lanka to offer an exclusive list of imported natural & biodynamic wines from the new and old world, taking guests on an intrepid tour of the terroir by the glass, bottle or as part of a pairing.
